@shqm2 We have a democracy for now. There's some debate here about how long that will last.
It's funny you mention it, because the phrase "aggressive grandeur" feels like a very American concept to me, but I think every society probably has something like that. Aggressive grandeur is the product of aggressive minds, and those, as we know, are everywhere.
