Pagers as killing devices in the Middle East to try and take out terrorism.
1. Support Malala, educate girls across all Earth who are not given equality of education and choice marriage.
2. The world needs teachers, educators, clergy that teach equality of all humans world wide. Peace, ending war, ending hate. Regardless of religion, we need all humanity to be on Team Earth.

terrorists tend to be more limited in funds, so the kind of attack in retaliation could be less expensive and lower technology: poisons, disease spreading, etc.
Terrorists the world-over have seen how much a pandemic had people willing to spread diseases and cause deaths.
