#Russia and #MiddleEast have shown humanity that #Freedom doesn't work when people hate each other. When hate motivates people to terrorism and war, there is no freedom. Or it is a horror like Russia has inflicted on Ukraine or how terrorism only inspires surprise attacks at any time on any person. Strangers, even across the world, teaching and encouraging hate is a threat to the whole world, all people everywhere. Hate motivation wrecks goodness.

I can't write what I want to say. The language is so broken between people. Neil Postman was right in many of his 1980's and 1990's books. James Joyce was right in language of Finnnegans Wake.

Russia, you started war where no war was needed. And the dreams you wrecked, the lives and peace taken from Ukraine and Russia both. The world needed Russia to authentically be kind to Ukraine, not harm and war.

The anger and tone of the USA is the worst I've seen. It has been getting worse all 2024. It isn't just Twitter, it isn't only Fox News, there is a mass dehumanization attitude of "the other".

There are so many examples of people being angry and embracing hate that just glancing at the news feeds for 20 minutes is too much to break down. Waves of reactions.
